We live in a world where many are overlooked, hurting, and in need. But God’s heart has always been for the disadvantaged and the vulnerable. Scripture reminds us in James 1:27 that true religion is to look after orphans and widows in their distress. This is not just something we do, it’s who we are—because it’s who God is!
